What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Our yacht charters come with a professional crew, all required safety gear, fuel, and basic non-alcoholic drinks. Luxury cruises at dusk provide upgraded refreshments and small bites, whilst business charters offer meeting amenities and tailored catering services.
When should I reserve my spot?
Booking 2–3 weeks in advance is suggested, particularly in the high season, which is typically between May and September. For business functions and private events, reserving a yacht 4–6 weeks prior allows for more options and customization time.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Your safety comes first. In the event of dangerous weather as determined by our captain, we'll suggest a rescheduling or provide a full refund. Should the forecast look concerning, we will reach out to you 24 hours before departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages onboard. We also have excellent catering services and can create a custom menu. Note that we do not allow glass containers for safety reasons.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility challenges?
We endeavor to ensure our yachts are accessible to everyone. Some yachts in our fleet have more accessible features than others. To ensure we meet your requirements, please discuss your mobility needs with us during your booking so we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and accommodations.
What's your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before departure, you will be refunded in full. A 50% refund is offered for cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before departure. We cannot offer a refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure, except in cases of inclement weather or mechanical failure on our end.
